Arkansas Propane Gas Association Safety Meeting - 4/22

Presented by the Arkansas Propane Gas Association as a member benefit. Attendees will achieve compliance with the Arkansas training rule.

Four sessions throughout the day will take place at each location. The first Safety Meeting begins at 8:00 a.m. followed by a meeting at 10 am, 1 pm and 3 pm.  Classes will run approximately (but no longer than) two hours in length throughout the day, with a 1-hour break for lunch. There will be light refreshments and snacks provided.

This year we will focus on DOT compliance. The information provided will benefit everyone from management, office staff and daily employees. This training will include some of the following.

• Office- Emergency Action Plans, DOT Security, Truck files, Cylinder requalification paperwork, Employee training files and refresher training requirements
• Cylinder docks- Proper cylinder segregation, disposition codes and proper scrapping of cylinders
• Drivers-Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMVs). This will include Service Trucks, Bobtails, Motor Fuel and Grill Cylinder or Beverage Trucks (Including Class A Vehicles)
